What's inside

One template. Everything you need to audit your network.

No analytics training required. No consultant needed. Just open the spreadsheet, fill in one row per page, and read the results.

📋

Page-by-page audit rows

One row per Facebook or Instagram page. Up to 15 pages in a single view. Add as many as you manage.

Auto-calculated health scores

Five columns score each page out of 10 automatically. No manual calculation. No formulas to write. Just fill in the dropdowns.

🎯

Priority action per page

The template tells you the single most important thing to fix for each page — so you know exactly where to start.

📊

Network average score

One number that tells you the overall health of your entire social media network at a glance.

🔽

Dropdown menus throughout

Every column uses dropdowns — no typing, no guesswork. Just select and move to the next page.

📖

How to Use guide included

A second tab walks you through every column and what to do with your results — including what each score range means.

How it works

Five columns. Five minutes. One clear picture.

The audit covers the five things that determine whether a social media page is working for your organisation — not just whether it looks active.

1

Is the page active?

When did you last post? Select Yes, No, or Partially. A dormant page scores zero — and can actively harm your credibility with new visitors who wonder if you're still operating.

2

Does the bio mention the parent brand?

If you run multiple service pages, each one should link back to the main organisation. If it doesn't, visitors can't see the full picture of what you offer.

3

Is there a website link?

The single most common missing piece. No link means no path from social media to your services. One click to fix.

4

Does the content have a call to action?

Informational posts tell people things. Posts with CTAs make people do things. Without a next step, most people scroll past — even if they liked what they read.

5

Does it feel connected to your mission?

Score 1–5. Does this page feel like it belongs to the same organisation as your other pages? Or does it feel like a completely separate entity?

What your health score means

Each page scores out of 10. Here's what to do with the number.

0–4
Needs attention
Start here. These pages are either inactive, unbranded, or missing basics. Fix these first — they're damaging your network's credibility.
5–7
Developing
A solid foundation. Tier 1 quick wins — adding CTAs, updating bios, adding website links — will lift these significantly with minimal effort.
8–10
Strong
These pages are working. Focus on content quality and consistency. Use these as the model for pages that are still developing.
Is this for you?

Built for organisations managing multiple pages

This template is most useful when you have more than one page to manage — and no shared strategy connecting them.

Community organisations & NFPs

Multiple services, multiple Facebook pages, no shared social media framework. This template shows you the state of your whole network in one view.

Multi-site businesses

Different locations, different managers, different posting styles. The audit identifies which sites need the most urgent attention and what specifically needs fixing.

Communications & marketing managers

Need to brief leadership on the state of your social media? This template gives you a scored, visual summary you can present in minutes.

Consultants & agencies

Use it as the starting point for a client social media audit. Modify the scoring, add columns, or use the findings to scope a full review engagement.

"Most organisations don't know their social media is fragmented.
They just know it isn't working. This template shows you why."
